The characters

Who are they? 

= Their names is Sura and Baya

What are they like?

= Sura is a shark and Baya is a crocodille

What words can use to describe them?

= They were greedy

What is the name of the story?

= The origin of surabaya

The setting

 Where will the story begin?

= A long time ago in east java

The action

What happens in the story as a result of the problem?

= Sura and baya fought against each other and make a mess in everywhere

The problem

What happens to the main character or among the animals?

= They're fight and at the ending, Sura take the sea as his teritor, baya take the land and river as his teritory

The moral

What lesson do you want to teach?

= As friends, we should be able to understand and help each other

PRACTICE 2

1. Write the characters of the story, what are they like?

= Sura as a shark and baya as a crocodile. Both of them are enemy because both of them always fight for their "Food Land"

2. Do you think that they are best friends?

= There are not best friends because they never get along

3. Where is the story taken place?

= Some place in east java

4. What was their agreement?

= they agreed to divide their territory, Sura lives and forages in water and baya lives also forages on land and the river

5. Did one of them feel satisfied? Why?

= Yes, It is Baya. Because she had his territory again after Sura gave up

6. What was the ending of the story?

= The ending of this story is when they find the name Surabaya "Sura" from the shark name and "Baya" from the crocodile name

= The legend of hanging stone at lake toba

2. Who are the characters? What are they like?

= Husband and wife (Seruni parents)

Seruni (The one who wanted to jump)

Toki(The dog)

3. Where did the story happen?

= North sumatera

4. What is the complication of the story?

= Seruni wanted to jump with toki the pet dog.
