Today I will explain some things about simple past vs present perfect tense and will also do some questions that my teacher gave. so let's see 👇🏻 Simple Past Tense is used to express an event that happened and ended / finished in the past at a certain time. Simple Past is oriented towards the event/situation.  Subject + Past Form (Verb 2) + Complement  Common time markers for Simple Past Tense: last night, last year, yesterday, today, ago, first, then, later, when  Present Perfect Tense is used to express already/have.
